Summary of the Complex

The El Cerrito Apartment complex was built in 1941. We offer studio and one and two bedroom units, ranging in size from 350 sq. feet to 1250 sq. feet. Many of the units have been renovated/upgraded with hardwood floors, ceiling fans, new kitchens and baths.
The tenants and property are cared for by Craig and Pam Davis who have owned the building for 18 years and currently live onsite.
